Well the toilet will only leak when you flush it, the water just sits in the bowl.

Is it dripping near the shower? The tub?

hey man, thanks for the response. Upon inspection it is what it seams to be a polybutylene water line that has a pinhole almost impossible to detect. Not sure how to fix it now, because I don't have any cramping tools for fittings or anything. Any ideas? Thank you!

I don't recommend this - but if you are broke - you could try and put a piece of rubber (like cut from an inner tube, and use a hose clamp - like they use on cars. You might be able to stop the leak.

They also have shark bite fittings (which I don't like) but they are code. You need to cut the PEX cleanly and square to the pipe.

You could probably rent the special tools you need for PEX repair.

How to repair PEX

Is it the hot water line? I say this because, some years ago I think Nibco had a problem with PEX and hot water.

Typically PEX doesn't spring pin holes.

I'm sure its a PB pipe, so I think I might go get sharkbite, which converts one side PB to Pex, so I will have to buy a small PEX pipe and 2 sharkbites to make it work. They only sell the PB to PEX conversion kit. It is a cold water line, not sure how the pinhole got there. Thank you!
