quartz fabrication question

I am looking to maximize the length of a new quartz or possibly quartzite countertop. I am wondering roughly how much length is lost in fabrication. for instance if I choose a piece of quartz that is 120 inches long what can I expect the link to be after fabrication? Thanks so much in advance for any input.

Quartz manufacturers guarantee that a fabricator will get 120" out of a slab. Occasionally you may get 123" or so, but 120" is the guaranteed minimum. You'll lose 3/16" or so for each saw kerf.

Cambria makes a jumbo slab that is 130" long, if that would help.
