My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How did you, or the owner, get permission to build a fence that high when the bylaw is max 6.5 feet?

    This is actually a privacy screen that is inset 1M from the fence line. We did have both neighbours agree to the installation as it was in replacement of (2) 60' spruce trees and the neighbours kitchen window looked right onto the patio without the trees.
