Need help with my front 'porch'
Hi all! we recently took up a gross outdoor carpet from our concrete porch. there is obviously glue we need to figure out how to get off but looking for other ideas on how to make it look better? we're finishing landscaping, getting a new front door and maybe eventually painting the exterior.. any ideas would be appreciated! my husband wants to tile over it which i think would be really strange...

PRO9 years agoWhat if you consider Garapa wood decking for the porch? Its very durable and naturally resistant to mold and decay, and the golden tone would really compliment the gorgeous purple pigment on your exterior! Such potential in an adorable house.

PRO9 years agoPorcelain tile can certainly make the landing a statement area especially with large format tiles. The nice thing about porcelain is that it comes in virtually any style and decor you can imagine -- stone, wood, pavers -- so coordinating it with other options for steps and walkways should be easy.
