Nothing you can do to that kitchen will make it 'farm style' without major changes to the cabinets and appliances.

Hang a plaque of a goose in a gingham bonnet and call it a day.

Pick your favorite "farm style" artwork that will fit your budget. Clear off the counters, the walls, and top of the fridge, then hang the artwork next to the fridge.

This is square peg in round hole situation. However, here are a few possibilities hope this sparks something.

Change pendant to something more like this

Shiplap back splash, that says farmhouse no matter what! Possibly floating shelves right of microwave.

Consider a white quartz countertop

OR White subway tile with black grout for the backsplash

I'm not sure it's farm style, but you could put a nice basket on top of the fridge for all the plastic bottles now loose on the counters and fridge top. Also, move the salt lamp to another room. If you have the money, add white subway tile as a backsplash on the wall behind the stove.

You might also upgrade the rug. Ballard, and especially Dash and Albert, have great looking indoor/outdoor rugs. A really practical way to add some style and color.

You're obviously a big fan of clutter. Put away the small appliances and put out jars of homemade preserves and country type crockery.

I agree with everyone who's said you really can't turn this into a farmhouse kitchen, but are you going for a warm and cozy feel? In addition to decluttering and adding some artwork, I'd try a cotton striped rug, replacing the cabinet hardware with white ceramic knobs, and adding a couple of old-fashioned dish towels. Then I'd go to an antique store and look for a big old cooky jar (or two) to add a homey touch. How about an old kettle on the stove?

This isn't so much about converting your kitchen--you know you'd have to start from scratch and you can't do that in a rental. This is about adding a few items that make you happy when you go in your kitchen.

I'm sorry--I just realized you said "condo," not "rental." Well, even so, if budget is a challenge, please consider everyone's advice. That's still the same.
