Non stop rain...

It's been raining, more on than off, for the past two days and there is more rain in the forcast. I have some hibiscus and a Meyer Lemon in pots with 5-1-1 mix. I usually fertilize with FoliagePro on Wednesdays and Sundays. How can I fertilize when they obviously don't need any water because of the rain? How long is ok to go without their needed nutrients if they rely on me to provide it? All advice is appreciated.
