Does Grimslov only come in off-white?

I don't see white on their website, and would prefer white instead of off-white. Did you have to paint the cabinets or were you able to purchase white?

Grimslov only comes in off-white, and that is what you see in the picture - it is not painted. If you can avoid using a pure white for the counters, backsplash tiles or wall paint, you will likely never notice the off-white cabinetry colour.

Hello, I like how you did the paneling on the island as I've been thinking about doing the same. Did you use the "toekicks" or "plithes" from IKEA, buy extra door fronts to create or did you have to customize and figure out a paint that matches with the Grimslov off-white?

I just buy extra door fronts to panel the backs and sides of peninsulas and islands.

Beautiful work! When adding the extra door front to the side of island, is the combination ...base cabinet box, then an Ikea cover panel, and then the extra door front? Still trying to understand when/where I need to use their cover panels.

@kristaj - That's exactly correct re teh side of the island: Base cabinet box, then an IKEA cover panel, and then the extra door front.

What color backsplash are the tiles? We are worried about putting a white subway tile near an off white cabinet! Also, what is the name of the countertops you used? Thank you!

The backsplash tiles are plain white subway tile. The counter is Caesarstone "Stone Grey." You can see it here: https://www.caesarstone.ca/collections/classico/4030-stone-grey/
