I am desperate for answers! I have search and came up with 2 possible conclusions but still uncertain what to do. I have been noticing this problem last year and it's back and spreading. The leanes on my red trees go limp and curl up and dry. As soon as it blooms, the flowers dry up. Now, I have been noticing this problem on my mulberry tree so I cut off the branch. In the pic, there is a ring around it's trunk close to the ground. As for the other lime green pkant, discoloration and black marking on the branch with yellowing small leaves.

What shall I do?
