In response to the question about the rusted roof: Its actually a standard non galvanized corrugated steel roof that was chemically treated to rust. Out here in Colorado the dry climate actually impedes rust so we stimulate it with a chemical application. You can then stop the rusting with an applied clear coat finish or just let the panels rust. 30 - 50 years from now they may need a new roof if we just allow it to rust. This would not work in a more humid climate but does work in a more arid climate like Boulder, Co.

Awesome, front range native here, south metro. I have researched different acids, and understand some can even give different rust colors, is this true? Can u provide me with the acid you used ? Also what supplier did u used for the corrugated steel? Thanks
