Most succulents like plenty of light. I would tend to think that only a few hours of sun, and through a window, may not be enough.

Could you keep them outside? They like it best outdoors.

If you bought it in that pot, it would probably need repotting with a fast draining potting mix. The pot has a drainage hole, right?

I agree with mesembs, outside is good. Transition slowly into more sun than they are getting now.

I have a large skylight in my home that I used to grow plants under. But their brightness is deceptive - the light intensity is actually not that high. I can grow succulents around 6ft below the skylight and that's a bit marginal.

Better often is a very bright unobscured window.

It looks like a bad combination of plants to me, sorry. The far left back plant seems to be a type Pink, which is a relative of the carnation! That is most definitely an outdoor in ground plant in my opinion. It's hard to tell exactly what's in the pot with it...the brown twiggy variegated centre plant looks like a Portulacaria afra variegata. Maybe a couple of Crassula ovata Hobbits along the front rim. Centre left could be a regular plain green Port afra, but it could also be the variegated one that's begun to revert/lose its variegation. If I'm correct all three/four need different culture, I have them all myself.

In my opinion, I think they could recover if separated, repotted and given better lighting. Also we need to know what they're planted in soil wise? Could you take some more pics, maybe of individual plants, that would help confirm/deny my suggestions of any ID? Type of Sedum on the right...maybe?
