Upgrading an investment property

What would you suggest to bring these spaces up to date for an investment property which will be a rental. Kitchen counters are Corian and in very good condition, white on white seems to be the in thing right now, but is it too blah?

Looks very good for a rental already. Change the lighting in the bathroom to LEDs for energy efficiency. Have the shower glass and tile cleaned and sealed professionally to remove built up deposits and prevent them in the future.

Can you add some interesting/inexpensive hardware to the kitchen cabinet/drawers? And a more modern light above the sink?

Can you install a couple of inexpensive usb charger receptacales around the kitchen?

Maybe a nest thermostat?

I think your place looks great, honestly maybe some simple technology? That's what people really like.

Add some hardware to the kitchen/bathroom cabinets. That should make the space look more up to date.

The kitchen and bathroom floors are the turnoff to me. Also the wall colors, which is an easy change.

If it's going to be a rental, then I would determine how much you want to get for it and if you don't have any problems getting that, then I wouldn't do a thing to it. It's neutral and it's clean looking. If it ain't broke .... If at some point you think you're going to sell it, then I would upgrade the appliances so they are all stainless.

Brushed nickel cabinet pulls would really tie in the stainless refrigerator in the kitchen, then use the same in the bathroom. I would also update the lighting in the kitchen and bathroom, and add a small chandelier over the tub, for fun!
