I would suggest painting the brick and cinder block the same colour . Maybe a dark grey or earthy colour ...then paint the garage door , windows etc. in a complimenterny accent colour. The house will look more pulled together and have a stronger street statement. See before and after below.

Are you referring to roof shingles? If so, a blue/grey or a brown tone would work.

Yes, the roof shingles. I will definitely be painting the block foundation also but not the brick. I may try to match the foundation color closer to the brick.
