My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Believe it or not, Ikea! www.myoverlays.com has some great pieces/ideas for embellishing their basic furniture pieces. The overlays were painted the same color as the wall. Hope that helps!

    Hi! These are actually store bought 8 1/2 x 11 white frames that came with mats in them. The book covers are simply quality color copies! Hope that helps!
