Flip the living room furniture. Pull the sofa out from the wall to allow traffic to flow behind it instead of through the viewing area. A narrow sofa table would look nice behind the sofa in the new location. A couple lamps would look nice on the sofa table if you could work out the electricity.

Would love to see a couple more pictures to understand the whole space. As of now, the tv should be on the wall the camera is shooting from. Would like either two chairs or the couch opposite it.

Thanks for the response...unfortunately there's a fireplace on the opposite wall. I'm considering having it removed and replacing another window.

A rug would anchor the dining room table and chairs?

You can start with an 8 x 10 rug in the dining room and placing it and the table horizontally with the front windows.

Take down the fabric art for now. It is way too high and after you rearrange the furniture you can rehang.

Install the t v over the fireplace.

Turn the sofa (and rug) to face ii.

Leave the blue chair and floor lamp where it is.

Purchase another chair for the other side of the fireplace. Put the pillow from the blue chair on the wicker chair.

There are so many things you can add…another matching floor lamp; fireplace art in the dining room; large coffee table; two garden stools…...

Good grief, don't take the fireplace out. You have a beautiful room, but the furniture layout just needs to be fine tuned.

Here's the revised layout for your room.

First, center your rug on the fireplace and in the room.

Second, you have a large home now, so start pulling your furniture slightly away from the walls.

The TV will stay in the same location though the base cabinet should be larger for this room. This layout allows seating for 6 on a regular basis using the furniture that you currently have though that baby blue chair seems a weak color for your room and the coffee table is too small for this arrangement.
The tapestries on the upper walls should be removed.
