If you like the original purple color then you could consider painting the brick to better match your driveway and stairs. (I realize this is a hassle since you have brick on all sides. I'm just throwing the idea out there).

interesting suggestion. I am not sure I want to paint the brick but I admit that color looks good. I really don't like the purple. I you look at the other picture of the front, I have installed a railing on the stairs and a fence ehich is dark brown so not sure of the grey would match that railing color.

I just noticed the railing. I think since you said you don't really like the purple and you don't want to paint the brick, then stick to the original plan and paint over the purple. It's a great looking house. I'm sure whatever new color you choose will look great.

Thanks! But I find there is still a mishmash of coulours between the garage door, front door and window contours apart from the aluminum siding. Do you think a combination of two colours would be best for all of these?

I don't mind the garage color as is. It matches different colors in your stone. I do like BeverlyFLADeziner sample. I'm trying to mimic it but i'm having a hard time.
