I'd add the two more hooks and then layer a larger framed item (canvas print, family photo, quote, whatever) behind everything on the wider shelf.

ETA: Even layering in an empty frame would look nice.

What shushe said. Hang the frames vertically below the narrow shelf. Cute space! You'll love being able to look at everything while in there.

I would hang them under the shelf on the left but off set them just a bit
