You can't just tile over a window. You can change the window to one that's better suited to life in a shower, with waterproofed framing, etc. Or you could change it to glass bricks, but then you couldn't open it. Or you could close it up with stone (etc.) in a way that leaves the look of a window outside but gives you a solid substrate for finishing an interior wall in whatever way you want.
