My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi does this extend fully from both sides? ie can it also be used as a sleeping futon?

    Mali Flex does extend, both sides of the arms contain hinges to lay flat or up as sofa arms, would recommend for lounging only.. sleeping everyday use possible.

    I have a similar futon but no longer have the mattress / pad - would it be possible to me to purchase a mattress / pad separately? I'm largely neutral with regard to color - thanks!
