My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Cabinets are clear satin lacquer. I wasn't involved with the floors but I do know it was a custom color that the homeowner and floor guy came up with.

    The Rift Sawn grain in the cabinets is absolutely insane! Amazing! The floors look like Plain Sawn Oak with a custom finish as already mentioned.
