My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    My best suggestion is to find a mirror at Homesense or second hand that an interesting frame and then paint it the colour that you like. I've done this many times when working on a budget to great effect. Good Luck!
