That misty-looking transition in some of the leaves is the first thing that usually signals an Undulata to me. A close-up photo might confirm..... is there some vein-bleed going on or are the veins unusually pronounced on this one? Difficult to tell. Can you post a close-up of some of the white-centered leaves?

Thank you for the close-ups - I initially thought the plant might be virused but a closer look dispelled that fear. It has been a while since I have seen such pronounced transition markings and every leaf is so different from the other. I think it is an Undulata.
