Yeah, Salsa Master. Hand powered food processor that comes in several different models. I have this one. Does relatively small batches at a time but that is easy to overcome with multiple batches and I find it works best if you do the vegetables by themselves (not mixed). That way you can get each ingredient to the ideal size.

I just use a regular food processor that I got at a thrift store. Works great.

I assume the food processor would just make mush?

Dave, I'm going to buy the Salsa Master - sounds great! I'm pretty excited. It will help when making gazspacho also I'm sure!

I found that the food processor doesn't get the big chunks of tomatoes that I like, so I went back to using a knife. Hey, I got skills! (grin)
