Is there a difference between the $814 and $888?

I want to purchase this, but I couldn't tell there difference from the one that costs $814 and and the other that costs $888. Is there a difference?

There are 2 different sizes... 72" and 60" --- also there is a damp rated for outdoor use and a dry rated for indoor use. The difference in price is probably one of those options.

I can't find it for the $814 price? Where would I be able to get that price on the 60" fan?
