My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The wood on the custom vanities are Pao Ferro The mirrors are a custom design by me, and are available for sale on JAMIESHOP.COM go to request a quote and the item are the mirrors in the Solano bathroom

    I see you've mounted the sconces to some sort of back plate. I love these sconces -- however they require a small electrical box in a very precise location. I'm assuming this back plate is allowing it to adapt to a larger j-box. How was the mounting plate made? What is it made of?

    It's a smaller j box The 2 inch one. And the backplate I made because I like the details and the dimension. It doesn't need the backplate to hold the sconce you would be fine. Thanks for the compliments!
