Need help for my ensuite shower room

I need some ideas on building an en suite in our master bedroom. I have attached the measurements (2.00m x1.80m) for the area I have earmarked for the en-suite plus the area of the entire room for reference.

The shower room will comprise:
•Sink / Basin (a vanity unit),
•Shower - (140 – 160 x 90 European size),
•Toilet,
•Towel radiator.
As it's in the eaves of a loft room, I intend to build some storage in the eaves.

Sorry, I'm sure I'm not alone in having no idea what I'm looking at in that diagram -- the bathroom is to go in the little area with red pen? Is there any plumbing at all, or are you running a waste line from scratch?
