Do you recall the board and batten size?

Hello just wondering if you remember what size board and batten you guys used here? I love the spacing, looks like at least 12".

    We used 12' x 16" Hardisoffit panels with the 1x3 Hardi battens. Therefore, the battens are 16" o.c. Using the soffit material reduces the butt joints compared to using 4x8 sheets.

    Is the soffit material durable when used as siding? Anything I should know about installing the soffit panels this way? A portion of our house has slightly longer than 10’ walls and we would like to use the hardier soffit panels like this. Thanks.

    Since it lies flat against a continuous plywood/OSB surface it is fine. Durability is comparable to Hardi siding.
