My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I tried to find my paint chips but to no avail. If memory serves me right, I think it is a SW "light french gray". I hope this helps, but what I did is to pick a few favorites from online search and go to the SW store to get a look in person, it will be easy once you see those colors in person.
