Why did I not get the sham pictured?

In the picture, which I saved on my computer, it clearly shows a border on the sham. Meaning the pillow does NOT go to the edge when inserted. I received my two shams, and the fabric is as expected, but they are really just pillowcases, with no border, like the pictured sham. I want what I ordered. Is that possible?
