For or those of you who enjoy making herbal tea infusions, have you tried using crab Apples? Trying to decide if it would be worth my while to pick and dry some to add to my winter teas. If you've tried it, does it impart a nice flavor? Anything I should know? I would think they might be similar to rose hips...
