I have no design experience whatsoever except for my own home so take this with a grain of salt! If it were my room, I think I'd like the bed with the head against the wall with towels... That is, if you were lying in bed facing up, the window wall would be on your right hand side. Does the mirrored (closet? I assume) cover the entire wall opposite? If so, it might make it awkward for your tv and desk. In that case, I guess I'd move the dresser with tv as far away from the bed as possible on it's existing wall and try and put your desk against the window wall? I hope this provides some form of vision! If not, please ignore. As far as drapes go, I cannot say. I'm having a similar dilemma with long, narrow windows in my house. Good Luck!

I like that you have it on the window wall, but would like to see it centered under the windows with the chair on the other side of the bed. Even though there are two windows, maybe you could just have one long curtain rod with curtains only on the far right and left (none in the center). You could try one long blind to make it seem as though it's one window.

An alternative would be to not have curtains, but hang faux roman shades above each window as in the picture below, or use one long faux roman shade with curtains on the ends. That would be really pretty with your bed centered under it with a new upholstered headboard. You could add framing around the windows to make them seem as one if you wanted a more seamless look.

Just one thought. If you want an upholstered headboard, you can't have the bed under the Windows. There is no room for it there. If I were you, I would move the bed to the wall with the pegs as suggested by another poster. Why not move the bed to see how that works and take new pictures to see what others suggest.

Sure, there's room. The window in the picture below is lower than nashey's, and they were able to fit a headboard there. Putting the bed under the window creates a nice focal point in a small room, and the bed helps fill the space under the windows if there are going to be long curtains framing them. Any photos nashey provides would certainly be helpful.
