cherry tomato sauce.

I'm hoping someone can help me - last year I found a really delicious recipe on here for a cherry tomato sauce. I can't remember what it was called although I think it had a name. It used a lot of butter (probably why it was so delicious). Can anyone help? Thanks.

That's the one. Thanks for finding it. I did some searches in the forum and just couldn't come up with it for some reason.

Anyway, it says that it freezes well. I have never frozen sauce like that. What's best - just putting it in a freezer bag? Do you thaw completely before reheating? Thanks.

Freeze laying flat on a cookie sheet until frozen and then you can easily stack the bags. Partial thaw before heating if using it alone. If mixing it with other sauces you can just toss it in frozen to thaw while cooking.
