My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Beautiful Plan!! What is the size of the foundation for the four corner posts? And what is the overhang of the roof in reference to the foundation? 2' or 3' ? I live in Burlington, NC. Very interested in building this cabana!!

      Hello Steve, the builder I was working with put the concrete foundation in on this one, so I don't recall what the footing size was. He bolted some steel brackets to a thickened slab, then laid 24" block columns and veneered with stone. We can help you with your cabinetry and appliances if you would like us to. I also know someone that is a contractor out of Greensboro that could help you, if you need someone. I am working with him on another project up at the lake. Thanks,
