Love our LL Bean water hog mats. We have three the oldest being 10 years old still looks brand new. Bought a huge one for our mudroom here in the Midwest catches all the ice, snow and demerits of winter and spring. The backs have not marred our wood floors. We have only bought the charcoal color and find it very pleasing. They have 20% off through 8-24.

I'm a little nervous about the sizing as some reviews have stated that they are bigger or smaller than advertised. Anyone buy the 3'9" x 4'11" everyspace waterhog & find it to be larger than stated?

relax. LLBean will let you return anything. I doubt you'll have any problems, but what's an extra half inch this way or that? I would never have thought to check.

For sure not a big deal - some people have said that their mats were 3 inches longer - 1/2-1" would be fine just prefer not to have to return as we're in Canada

Any issue with the hardwood becoming discolored with these Waterhog mats?

I ordered my LL Bean waterhog mat and it arrived quickly and was the exact size stated. I've had it down for a month. It captures tons of debris and so far no issues w/under the mat. I was also worried about fading/damage from the grip. Would highly recommend.

Hi, I am installing new hardwood floor through out the house. I have same concern with you and I am in Canada. Can I ask you if you finally use LL Bean waterhog rug? How is it? My concern is the also the rubber back. Could you please share your experience? Many thanks!

Bought my Waterhog mats from manufacturer and they work great whether placed inside or outside doors. No scratching here.
