My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need help with upholstery fabric sources

Hi, I'm looking to re-upholster a sectional sofa and need to find 34 yards of fabric. The sofa is from Crate&Barrel originally and everything is still good but I want a new look.
Does anyone know where I can look at/purchase upholstery fabric? I'd love to find a fabric similar to Restoration Hardware's Perennial textured weave fabric. It is washable, stain-resistant, durable as it can be used for outdoor furniture, and mimics the look of linen. Any help would be much appreciated!

    It is going to cost you around $60 per yard for a performance fabric $2040 plus labor...what did you pay originally for sectional? You may want to buy new during Labor Day sale!
