What is the red porch structure? Is your current budget for porch and landscaping changes $500, $1000 or other?

Very cute home! I am sure some experts will have useful comments shortly. I would think about removing the trees in front of the house because they are so large. Maybe add some smaller shrubs and shutters? Good luck!

Those trees are really darkening the home, and they look to be too close. I would remove them, put some bushes in, remove that red thing, and paint the door a fun bold color.

OP: any ideas seem appealing?
