Do I *really* need these??

At Target in the US and trying to convince myself I don't need Tide with bleach and Cheer powder. Neither available in Canada. Method beach sage boosters did jump in my cart though. I'm going to be near the Polish grocery soon and could get Pro Persil instead of these ? Ugh lol

Tide with Bleach powder is the absolute best for whites...hands down.

The Cheer powder is decent at cleaning and OB free

If you are driving and don't have to put them in luggage I would take them all home.

I haven't used the Cheer powder, but the Tide w/Bleach powder is a must.

I stayed strong and didn't buy either and now I am sad lol.

Don't worry, that's why cars have a 'reverse' gear.

My SIL will be there in November. Guess I can get her to buy it now I know it's there. They used to never carry those.

ITA on Tide with Bleach. So glad the crew here turned me on to it. I am practically resurrecting old white tees, towels, and sheets with this stuff.

For whites that have become dingy and are being stubborn along with the Tide with Bleach powder add Ammonia...WOW you will have the whitest whites in town..

Just make sure there's no chlorine bleach residue if you've used chlorine.

I love the Tide with Bleach powder too! Do not leave the US without it. I'm kinda meh on the Cheer powder. If I am going to use something with OK cleaning power and no optical brighteners, I'll go with a "green" detergent like Ecover.

I use the Tide w/Bleach powder and a Tide Whites & Brights Rescue Pod on my whites with hot water. Brilliant white results!

Girl, what will power you had! I would of caved in for sure and purchased the Tide w/bleach regardless if I was getting the Pro Persil later on.(but I have no will power when it comes to detergents and a husband who doesn't take much notice in what I buy) I know you liked the Tide Pro. I wonder how the performance would differ between the two? I haven't seen Cheer powder here in at least 3 years. I used to get it at Shopper's Drug Mart in smaller boxes. That and Tide w/downy powder there. Honestly the only powder I've seen up here in a long time that's in that Target picture is the Gain original. But I'm in western Canada. Maybe others are available in other parts of the country...Enjoy your trip!

I know! Of all times to find will power lol. I'm a dummy. Should have grabbed the Tide. I just have so much right now with my professional Ariel. My husband was like just get it (while he rolled his eyes lol). Oh well, I'll be back and my SIL definitely in November.

You always have to ask yourself...If I leave and don't buy these would I be sad if I came back and they were gone? I did that with a dumb purse...I stalked that thing for a week. I kept telling myself if it was there the next time it was meant to be!! I played that like 3 times and then I finally bought it. The confirmation was when I was checking out to pay for it and the girl ringing me up commented on how cute it was.

Why the heck isn't Tide w/Bleach sold in Canada? What's the go-to whites detergent up there?

Powder is very scarce here. There really isn't a white one. I use Miele whites but at regular stores only the liquid Tide with bleach.

Doesn't Sunlight powder have sodium percarbonate in it? But can't remember if it has a bleach activator.

That Tide with Bleach liquid doesn't really have any bleach in it.

I've never used sunlight. I'm the only one I know who uses detergent for whites and darks. Most people buy one for all.

If you have a septic system in your yard, powder detergents are not recommended. That's what a septic system guy told me. Liquids only.

I always wanted to try the regular liquid Sunlight Lemon detergent. I have some of the powder from Big Lots.

I absolutely love Tide powder with bleach. It's the only powder I presently use, though I want to check out the Cheer (mama told me about it).

I have some OxiClean powder, but it's not detergent. I bought a humongous box at a warehouse store about 3-5 years ago with a store coupon which saved a lot of money, and I'm just now scraping the bottom of the box.

Oh BTW, you have to watch out for those items that jump in your cart. Once they're in there, they simply refuse to get out. Ask me how I know.
