If you grow them together, they will mix and probably dilute some of their individual characteristics, I like the yellow Honey Select...it's probably synergistic. I like it better than Montauk.

Synergistics are not overly prone to detrimental mixing. The SH2's are and must be isolated. The biggest concern will be mixing colors. A yellow and a white planted together will show as a bicolor. Not a huge detriment to flavor or texture, but certainly different in appearance. In your case both Montauk and Allure are bicolors with Allure having about a week earlier maturity. They should work well together. I often plant simultaneously varieties with different DTM to extend harvest with out the xtra work of successive plantings.
