You can use any of the approved Apple-Pepper jelly recipes available (approved are the ones that include added acid in the form of vinegar, citric acid, or bottled lemon juice) and add a small amount of chopped nuts to it.

It is the acidity that allows for the use of the peppers and nuts. But don't process it - makes the nuts mushy - freeze it instead.
