Says it includes a sink, but does that mean the sinktop/countertop?

in the writeup it says ceramic sink top, but under "includes" it only mentions a sink (not the whole countertop). does this include the whole sinktop? also, it mentions a mirror included, but there are no pictures of the mirror. what does it look like?
