I have a full basement under my home except under my living room which has a crawl space. The wall in the crawl space are some sort of rocks stacked on top of each other. This is allowing moisture in the crawl space which is causing problems with my living floor. I was told to apply Thoroseal to seal the and add a dehumidifier to get the moisture in my wood to less than ten percent. Is there anyone out there that does this type of work. I live in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
