My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Have a old sunroom

Old sunroom by Fourseasons needing repairs etc and got a quote of 24k which I felt for a small room 12x6 is too much and I do not like the look any way. Joys of buying an old house:) Can someone Pls help me with suggestions on replacement ideas or something totally new.

    Would it function for you as a screened porch? A roof and screening might be less than the 24K.
