Help with Basement Paint: Not much Light

Hi All,

I would love some ideas on paint color for our basement. We are putting in carpet that will be a warm grey (it's not too dark). It's been a long sordid tale tyring to figure flooring but we decided carpet. It's not down yet so don't have any good pictures. I wanted to start gathering some paint samples to try out once the carpet is down and would love some different ideas. I know colors are so different on computer monitors but just looking for some different ideas to try and narrow the 1 billion different options. There's not much light down there, will probably keep it one color. A white seems like the most logical for brightening up.

After searching some older posts I was going to try SW Alabaster. Any other ones to check out?

In our upstairs we have Revere Pewter, which we don't want to do in the basement. It has too many green undertones at night for our liking. We also have Edgecomb grey in a bedroom that works pretty well, and Simply white in a bathroom with no light. The Simply White is just okay in the bathroom.

Would love some ideas to point me in a direction.

Thanks so much!
