Best taste is a personal opinion so the one I prefer may not appeal to you at all. Do you prefer a smooth or a chunky ketchup? Do want one with a hot pepper bite or one that is sweeter?

If you want chunky ketchup then use the Blender Ketchup one. If you want smooth then the choice is Country Western that hot and spicy or Tomato Ketchup that is less spicy, more sweet, similar to Heinz store bought (but not identical).

Another consideration others have mentioned in the past is do you really use that much ketchup? Some find they make it and then never use it up so it ends up being a waste when there are so many better uses for the tomatoes.

Also keep in mind that it is often better to can things plain and then they can later be turned into all sorts of things as needed. For example, canned ketchup has limited uses but plain canned tomato sauce can be turned into ketchup later but it can also be used for spaghetti, chili, pizza, meatloaf, stew, soup, Mexican dishes, etc.
