Don't be too hard on yourself Madonna as we have all had that experience - finding outdated forgotten treasures. ;-) Besides it isn't as if you didn't have other more important things happening too.

But don't be too quick to toss them all. You might be surprised how useful outdated jellies can be (don't ask me how I know).

Madonna, I just found a jar of grape jelly from 2009. It tasted.....sweet. Ahem.

However, I've found that the birds love the stuff, so if you are feeding orioles or hummingbirds, they'll be happy to help out with the jelly. Can't help you on the rest of it, I just feed mine to the chickens or the pigs (when I have pigs). You know, recycle them right into eggs or pork, makes me feel less guilty about wasting my hard earned canned goods.
