My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Down rod capability

Hello, will this Brikk 52" fan accomodate a +/-36" down rod? I am looking to place this fan in a lofted ceiling, so need at least 3' of drop.

    Hi - Can this fan be installed in a room with an 8’ ceiling? Is it possible to mount the fan closer to the ceiling than is shown in the photo, or is the short downrod necessary? Thanks.
