My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Details on shingles, please.

This is so beautifully done. Would you please share the color/finish, etc. of the shakes? We're wanting to add shaker shingle details to our house, and I'm trying to decide whether to just seal them or to stain them first. Thank you for any information!

    Thank you for your inquiry. The wall shingles have just a clear, natural finish, no stain. This provides a nicely mottled color variation, appropriate for a more casual structure like a carriage house. A stain would have evened out the color.
