My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I loved these colors as well!

    The body is Sherwin Williams' SW7020 Black Fox, the trim was a Miller match to Sherwin's "Swan Wing", and the door is Miller match #8642-9779 (not sure what the original paint name was). Window sashes were done in Black.
