Our contractor was paid almost in full and never came to finish the items on our punch list. He has told us multiple times he would come to finish but then doesn't show. Now he is avoiding our phone calls. What do we do? Small claims court? How does that work? Very disappointed this happened. He came recommended and seemed to do an ok job until the very end. Help!
