Because the drapes are behind furniture, I would remove them completely, or shorten them so they only reach the bottom of the window. I think that light blocking shades -- cellular without a cord, would be simple and practical for a little boy's room to replace the shades there. Get a comforter with some green in it -- maybe one with your son's favorite themes, like cars or dinosaurs or just plain stripes. Same with the rug. Go with the same green. Your son's trophies and games and collections will fill out the rest of the space and he'll be happy and you will be too! :)

Can you tell us what the paint is? What brand and the name of the color? Computer screens can distort the colors that we see.

IT MIGHT BE "SAGE SPLENDOR" FROM PITTSBURGH PAINT. I recently threw it out.
