Changing Wall Color - HELP!

I loved the Henna Shade, but it is too dark for the Northwest facing room. Might add shutters...the carpet is gone! Now beautiful medium brown hardwood. Maybe the soft yellow/gold in the bottom? How about SW Contented with a bit of gray/blue/green? Or Cream? FP ideas? Paint Mantle, New FP door

Hi reidsmom, SW Contented is a great colour! I would recommend that you stay away from any colours with Red under tones, as they may change colour with the shade of flooring you have. For the Fireplace, You can paint or Lacquer the Mantle White or Black and that will make it pop against the brick. the Fire place door can be spray painted with a Metal clad paint.
